Yes. Like most balms made with natural oils and butters, the Beach Balm can soften or melt if left in extreme heat. To keep it in its best condition, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or leaving it in a hot car. If it does soften, simply store it upright in a cool place until it solidifies again.

No two shells are exactly alike. Because each vessel is made from a real shell, natural variations in size, shape, color, and pattern are to be expected. You'll always receive the shell type you selected, but your shell will be one of a kind.

Not at all. While the Bag Chain is designed to keep your Beach Balm close at hand, the clasp can also be used to carry keys, charms, or whatever small treasures you'd like to bring along.

Like all metal hardware, the finish may naturally change over time with exposure to air, moisture, skin, and everyday wear. To help keep it looking its best, gently wipe your Bag Chain with a soft cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and saltwater whenever possible.

Because each Bag Chain is made from a unique mix of shells, gemstones, and beads, they're generally released in limited quantities. Occasionally we'll restock a style if we're able to source the same materials, but most designs are limited edition and, once sold out, are gone for good.
